Position Overview:
As an Environment of Care Technician you will be responsible for executing maintenance tasks as needed and directed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs to buildings, grounds and equipment.
- Check control panels and electrical wiring.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, install and repair equipment.
- Assist in checking functionality of safety systems
- Responsible for tasks in areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, HVAC, indoor and outdoor lighting, landscaping and equipment servicing for facilities.
- Responsible for lawn maintenance, and snow and ice removal.
- Other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, hand and electrical tools.
- Knowledge of OSHA guidelines, policies and procedures.
- The ability to operate company owned vehicles, trailers and power tools.

Physical Requirements:
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to push, pull, carry, lift, bend, twist, reach, sit, stand for lengthy periods of time; ability to walk for extended periods of time
- Communication skills using the spoken word
