About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a health care clinic. You will be integral to the clinic's success, responsible for day-to-day scheduling, operations, supervision, and reporting inside the clinic. Job requirements:
- Oversee the management of a large employer health clinic, responsible for day-to-day staff scheduling, operations, and supervision
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of timesheets and approving prior to payroll deadlines.
- Responsible for ensuring patient needs are met. Monitors patient through-put, wait times, and feedback and then designs, leads, and implements process improvements.
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and continued development of staff, with the input and support of the VP of Operations
- Collaborate with management on staff reviews, feedback, and disciplinary action.
- Oversees and supports coordination of health care services from the onset of work-related injury evaluation through worker's compensation injury, disability, and return to work evaluation and return to work or an optimal alternative.
- Understand and complies with all regulatory, procedural, and licensing requirements.
- May provide patient care if qualified.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
- A minimum of two years of management experience in a medical office or outpatient setting
- Working knowledge of occupational health services
- An active LPN, RN, or equivalent license is preferred
Experience:
- Management: 2 years (Preferred)
Location: Position is hybrid with remote opportunities. 20% travel between clinics in Baldwin, WI and Middletown PA required.
