Job Overview:We are seeking experienced Field Technicians to join our team at Offutt Air Force Base. In this role, you will provide comprehensive end-user support and manage the installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of various telecommunications systems, equipment, cabling, and other related systems. Additionally, you will assist with asset management for on-site devices.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Install, program, maintain, and repair telecommunications systems, cabling, and associated equipment.
- Ensure the security and functionality of various telecom systems.
- Assist with the asset management of on-site devices.
- CompTIA Security or equivalent DoD baseline certification.
- 6-10 years of experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, PCs, and other devices.
- Security Clearance required (interim level at a minimum).
- IT education preferred.
