We’re seeking a Strategic Account Executive in Minneapolis who will play a pivotal role in driving new client acquisition and nurturing existing relationships at OneTrust, a rapidly growing SaaS enterprise platform. With a strong commitment to our Sales Team, we provide robust support through demand generation, a methodology-driven sales approach, ongoing training, and access to our executive team to help you close deals effectively.
Your Mission
As an Account Executive (AE), you will be at the forefront of generating, qualifying, and executing opportunities that empower our customers to become more trusted organizations while driving revenue for OneTrust. You’ll leverage your industry expertise and value-based sales skills to craft innovative solutions that address complex customer challenges. Your insights and best practices will be invaluable to both customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and Exceed Quotas: Consistently meet or surpass sales targets.
- Pipeline Generation: Proactively conduct outreach to build a robust sales pipeline, even while closing deals.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering to successfully land and expand key accounts.
- Customer-Centric Discovery: Utilize effective communication to deeply understand customer needs and articulate tailored solutions.
- Market Differentiation: Analyze competitors to clearly position OneTrust’s unique offerings in the marketplace.
- Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships that establish OneTrust as a go-to resource for our clients.
- Territory Management: Optimize and manage a targeted geographic territory for maximum impact.
Who You Are
You possess a hunter mentality combined with a consultative approach. Your curiosity, innovation, and integrity shine through in your work. You’re adept at engaging with C-Level Executives and communicate with confidence. Balancing prospecting and deal advancement is second nature to you, and you maintain discipline in sales processes and CRM management.
Your Experience Includes:
- B2B Enterprise Sales: 12 years of experience selling enterprise-level software or related technologies (exceptions may apply for exceptional candidates).
- Value Selling Expertise: Proven track record in value-based selling.
- New Business Development: Strong history of acquiring new logos while nurturing existing key accounts.
- Sales Presentations: Experience in delivering impactful sales presentations and demos.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions.
Extra Awesome Qualifications:
- Experience in Privacy, Security, Third-Party Risk Management, and Compliance.
- Direct sales experience within the Information Security sector.
- Certifications such as CIPP/E or CIPM.
- Training in Command of Message.
