We are looking for a mission driven Digital Literacy Facilitator to join our team!
The Digital Literacy Facilitator at the Learning Community Center of South Omaha is primarily responsible for facilitating digital literacy programming to groups of parents with varying levels of proficiency and literacy. The Digital Literacy Facilitator tracks each participants digital literacy level and progress and works in collaboration with the Instructional Manager to support improving digital literacy at the center. The Digital Literacy Facilitator also finds ways to connect their learning with ways to better support their childrens education.
This is a full-time, in person position at our Learning Community Center in South Omaha. The schedule will be 30 hours per week; generally, Monday-Friday, with flexible hours between 9am-4pm and 5pm-7pm.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Communication skills in the Qanjobal language preferred.
- Strong technological skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint, and openness to expanding these skills, required.
- Related experience teaching or classroom facilitation skills including using technology to facilitate instruction - required.
- Ability to accommodate the learning needs of non-traditional, diverse student populations required
- Outstanding personal/interpersonal communication skills required.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills required.
