Software QA Manager

Job Summary & Responsibilities Supervise an experienced Software QA department. Augment software testing capacity by performing software testing functions as needed. Develop quality standards and metrics. Plan and coordinate automated testing activities. Define and coordinate regression test plans. Work with software development team to develop procedures for software acceptance testing. Work with technical publication department to produce and update software user guides and release notes. Plan and coordinate workloads for software test engineers. Work with software department head to plan software releases. Qualifications BS or equivalent degree in a technical field. 7 years of experience performing a software QA function. 3 years supervisory experience preferred. Experience with software management tools such as Azure DevOps Experience with automated software testing is highly desirable. Semiconductor equipment experience is a plus. Good planning communication skills. Good management and team building skills. Travel will be up to 10%.
