Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced office environment, then we just might be looking for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering the phones promptly and assisting client’s needs proficiently.
- Processing service requests, sales orders, and invoices to correct departments.
- General filing/organization tasks needed.
- Inner-office communication for all requests not of your department.
- Tracking of shipments.
- Purchasing and vendor relations.
- Must be available Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm and show up to work on time.
- We will train the RIGHT candidate.
