Opengate is committed to establishing and maintaining a continuum of services for individuals with developmental disabilities, which include residential, day, home, and community-based services.

POSITION SUMMARY: The HR Coordinator will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities to help the company plan and administer important functions.

Responsibilities

**HYBRID SCHEDULE**

• Administer and process Opengate life insurance, health, dental, disability, workers compensation and pension plan
• Conduct monthly new hire orientation
• Manage employee data in Human Resources Information System
• Process unemployment claims
• Coordinate Opengate new hire and annual evaluation in HRIS

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Extensive knowledge in employee benefits
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 5 years of related human resources and nonprofit experience

Salary Range-$60,000-$75,000 (Salary commensurate with experience)
