Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate and counsel patients on health conditions and treatment plans through virtual consultations
• Develop and provide personalized treatment plans and medical guidelines
• Manage preventive care, and conduct pre and post-operative televisit consultations
• Perform routine evaluations and assessments via digital platforms
• Utilize OpenTelemed's digital tools to maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
• Ensure patient satisfaction and address any concerns or questions promptly
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN), NP, Holistic Practitioner, etc
• Telehealth experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using digital health tools and technology
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
