Bilingual Window Teller (Customer Service)
The Harris County Tax Office is seeking a Bilingual Window Teller (Customer Service) to provide exceptional service by assisting customers with vehicle registrations, permits, and other essential services. This role requires cash handling, processing transactions, and managing required forms, documentation, and procedures.
Qualifications for the Bilingual Window Teller (Customer Service) :
- Bilingual Skills (English / Spanish) : Ability to engage and assist a diverse community.
- At least six months of recent experience in heavy cash handling, typing, and data entry ( within the past two years ).
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute and demonstrate proficiency in basic math skills.
- High School Diploma, GED, or College Diploma from an accredited institution.
- Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese is preferred but not required.
