What You’ll Do:
As a vital member of our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering Phones: Providing friendly and efficient assistance to patients and callers.
- Scheduling Appointments: Managing our schedule to ensure smooth operations.
- Greeting Patients: Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Verifying Insurance Coverage: Ensuring patient information is accurate and up to date.
- General Office Duties: Assisting with administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently.
