Job Summary:
The Lead Support Coach will ensure production is completed on time and to the specifications set by the customer. You will help people with disabilities on our production floor to successfully work and earn a paycheck while growing their skills and gain independence to the greatest extent possible.
- Wage: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
How will you make a difference?
- Assist staff to organize, stage and operate multiple production lines on the work floor
- Inspect quality of our products
- Document production counts and track product due dates
- Assist other production staff with shipping and receiving
- Train and coach individuals on product assembly
- We will train you to operate necessary equipment
What will you bring to Opportunity Partners?
- High school degree or GED
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Minimum of one year of production/manufacturing experience.
- Computer experience with MS Office and other CRM systems.
