As a job coach, you will spend your day supporting OS job crews at local businesses; helping them grow and achieve their goals. No Nights or Weekends!
Hours and Benefits of the Job Coach:
- The minimum pay rate for this position is $18.00/hour. Education and experience are also considered when extending offers.
- Monday – Friday: Approx. 7:00 am to 3:30 pm - No Nights or Weekends required!

Responsibilities of the Job Coach:
- Provide job coaching to consumers in a community employment setting.
- Provide supervision and assistance during breaks at the job site.
- Community Integration/engagement: staff are responsible for the interaction of the work team with the work community and population at large.
- The use of behavior modification principles: Assist in interaction through positive reinforcement, positive programming, engagement and the use of alternative communication strategies.
- Communicate professionally with assigned job site supervisors and work positively and encourage consumer teams.
- Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
- Attend all required and requested staff meetings and training.
- Assist in the transportation of consumers to and from the work site using OS vehicles and follow agency transportation policies
