Job Description: OPS Consulting is seeking an experienced professional with experience in signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection and analysis. The Collection Manager will identify appropriate collection access points, methods, and/or plans necessary to exploit target networks and to satisfy specific collection requirements. The Collection Manager will also develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of collection systems while validating, coordinating, issuing, adjusting, and terminating collection tasking.

Required Experience:
- At least 9 years of demonstrated experience as a Collection Manager with a HS Diploma or GED (OR)
- At least 7 years of demonstrated experience as a Collection Manager with an Associate’s degree (OR)
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Collection Manager with a Bachelor's degree (OR)
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Collection Manager with a Master's degree.
- A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.
