Optimae LifeServices in Ames is seeking full-time Residential Care Professionals for the day shift 8AM-4PM! Residential Care Professionals are at the forefront of our care team as they work hands on to provide the individualized services that our customers require to maintain their mental and physical health. RCPs provide daily direct support to assist our customers with activities of daily living, managing appointments, medication administration, locating community resources, and maneuvering integration into local events and groups. Ideal candidates will be motivated, organized, team-oriented individuals who thrive in fast paced, frequently changing environments!
Experience working with individuals with mental illness, intellectual disabilities and developmental disabilities are preferred.
