What youll be doing
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Options For All, youll play a vital role in helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) achieve independence and thrive in their communities.
Empower: Your work will directly help clients achieve milestones, build confidence and enjoy fulfilling, independent lives.
Advocate: Champion the dignity and rights of individuals with disabilities by fostering inclusion and respect.
Collaborate: Work alongside a passionate group of professionals dedicated to making a positive difference in clients lives.
Creating experiences: Plan fun, engaging activities tailored to each clients goals.
Make Connections: Build relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners.
Stay Safe: Prioritize health and safety while offering the highest quality of care.
Champion Goals: Help clients meet their goals and celebrate their achievements every step of the way!

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check.
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving, social work, life skills coaching, as a teaching assistant or volunteering is a plus but not required.
- Skills:
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Adaptability to address individuals needs with care and flexibility.
- Basic tech skills (mobile phone use, email, Microsoft, electronic database systems)
