Hours are flexible within 8am - 7pm. You have control over your schedule and working with your individual clients at their workplaces. GREAT easy-going full-time role. Guaranteed 30 hours a week.
**Job Overview:**
Join our team as a Job Coach (Direct Support Professional) and make a difference in people's lives. This position offers 100% paid company benefits and an opportunity to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, down syndrome, and cerebral palsy, etc.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to individuals with disabilities in their job roles
- Educate and train clients on job-related skills and tasks
- Collaborate with employers to ensure successful integration of individuals into the workforce
- Develop individualized training plans to enhance job performance
**Minimum Qualifications**
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Current California minimum level of auto insurance
-Completion of criminal background check
-A valid driver's license
**Requirements:**
-Positive Attitude
-Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
-Ability to conduct in-person and virtual program services and activities
-Ability to work with individuals with unique physical, emotional, social and vocational needs
-Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal
-Ability to take direction and work as a part of team and independently
-Successful completion of all required trainings
