We are currently seeking team-oriented, enthusiastic educator at our Fishers campus. Our extremely low ratio classrooms provide our teachers an opportunity to build positive relationships and truly differentiate instruction. The right candidate will be able to deliver quality instruction, assess student learning and provide support and enrichment as appropriate. Candidates should also be able to work effectively within a team environment.
Options with ABA-Who we are:
Options Schools partners with therapeutic treatment centers to make up Options with ABA. We serve students with autism spectrum disorder in grades 6-12. Our unique model provides our families a choice to receive their child’s education and therapeutic services at one location, in a split day format.
Special Education Teacher Responsibilities:
- Complete all requirements of the Teacher of Record role
- Develop compliant transition IEPs
- Conduct and attend IEP meetings
- Design instructional and intervention strategies for students
- Provide instruction as outlined in students’ IEPs.
- Collaborate with the special education team
- Establish positive relationships with families
Special Education Teacher Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education
- Indiana License in Mild Interventions
