What are the responsibilities and job description for the Classified Substitute Aide, Orange High School position at ORANGE HIGH SCHOOL?
Orange High School has two (1) Part-tme Building Aide (5 hrs/day) position available. These positions will provide general supervison of high student traffic areas. This includes, but not limited to, locations such as the front doors, hallways, and cafeteria. You will also act as a role model for students while ensuring a safe and organized environment. This position will also have other duties as assigned by the building principal.
Qualifications for the position include: High school diploma or equivalent, successful background check and valid aide permit (where applicable).
Internal candidates (currently employed by the Olentangy Local School District) must submit an internal online application in Applicant Tracking.
External candidates (including all substitutes and ESCCO employees)must submit an external online application in Applicant Tracking, external job board, and complete an online Support Candidate Assessment. Applicants may revisit their online application at any time to make necessary additions or changes.
The online Support Candidate Assessment is sent via a link under separate email cover. On occasion, the email may end up in junk or spam mail. If so, the link will be titled “Do Not Reply” with the subject “Regarding your Olentangy Local Schools application”. Keep in mind that the assessment is a timed assessment, so please set aside approximately 45 minutes of uninterrupted time before you begin the process. Once the assessment is started, it must be completed.
