Job Description
National title company seeking Southern California-based employee with experience working within the real estate focused legal community to establish relationships with Real Estate Attorneys, Bankruptcy Trustees and Receivers who could benefit from utilizing our commercial and residential foreclosure, title and escrow services.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in engaging/managing client relationships within the real estate driven legal services profession.
- Professional appearance
- Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal), with the confidence and ability to communicate with industry professionals
- Ability to travel, if required
- Outgoing, yet tempered disposition
- College degree required
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to sell products and services to a specialized client base
- Develop long-term relationships with clients
- Engage appropriate supervisory level personnel to assist in closing opportunities and providing prompt assistance when needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and follow ethical standards
- Manage client expectations and ensure prompt attention to client deliverables
