• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge. High-fives are acceptable, too.
• Being able to communicate what OTF is and why it works.
• Working as a team with Coaches to guide first time guests through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive and BONUS, you increase your commissions, too!
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
