Summary
The Box Truck Driver operates a >26,000 gvw 26’ truck on a specific route to service OBRC accounts and BottleDrop locations by handling the pick-up and transportation of beverage containers.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned Box Truck
- Safely and courteously operates a vehicle and all equipment, including pallet jacks, lift gates, load locks and more
- Prepare accurate documents, counts, and product preparation, building pallets and product grouping
- Load trucks, insuring all items are counted and loaded and that load is properly secured
- Learn and understand product information, company operations and communicate this to retailers and customers
- Options available for on the job training for Class A CDL.
- Other job duties as assigned
Education/Experience
- High School diploma or GED
Requirements – Skills, Job Knowledge & Abilities
- Valid class C driver license and valid driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. frequently throughout the day
- Ability to communicate professionally at all levels with internal and external business partners
- Ability to qualify for and obtain a CDL within 12 months of hire
- Professional demeanor in both attitude and appearance

- Travel to assigned route daily
