Under the direction of the Distributor, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Orthopediatrics Spine and Trauma / Deformity Product Lines within assigned accounts while providing expert consultation to healthcare professionals and surgeons.

Additionally, flexibility and adaptability to non-traditional working hours are necessary, including on-call availability during nights and weekends with short notice.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Represent Imagine Orthopedics / Orthopediatrics by working in a fast-paced environment with a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons & healthcare professionals in the sale of surgical implants and medical devices tailored exclusively to the Pediatric Medical Community in their designated territory.
- Primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory.
- Identify the needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses (written, telephone, and face-to-face).
- Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships with current and new customers.
- Communicate with current and new customer accounts about various topics, including product updates and changes to the product portfolio.
- Maximize all opportunities when closing a sale, resulting in the acquisition of market share from competitors.
- Demonstrate technical selling skills and maintain independent study to allow the Sales Representative to effectively present Imagine Orthopedics' products, procedures, and services with a consultative approach.
- Coordinate the surgical preparation and coverage process with accuracy, dependability, and timeliness.
- Attend surgeries, help surgical staff with product-related questions, and educate them on appropriate instrument use and assembly.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including forecasting, sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including the use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel to maintain accurate records and maximize territory potential.
- Maintain confidentiality of Imagine Orthopedics, its manufacturing partners, and patient / account information, as well as follow company policies, procedures, and business ethics.

- Willingness to work long and unpredictable hours, including being on call on nights and weekends.
- Attend sales and professional association meetings outside regular business hours, as required.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales quotas.

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE : Requires a 2-4 year degree or 2-5 years of proven sales success in the medical device industry knowledge of orthopedic procedures, terminology, and Operating Room protocols and procedures.
