Receptionist's main responsibility is to pre-register and register patients of OCI. Receptionist is responsible for collecting accurate patient demographic and billing information in a timely manner. Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying their demographic/ insurance information, receiving co-payments and directing the patient to the designated physician. Outstanding customer service skills a must.
Position is M-F along with a Saturday morning rotation.
