Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive eCommerce Manager focused on social commerce to drive sales and customer engagement across social shopping platforms, including the Shop App, Collabs, TikTok Shop, Flip, and Facebook/Instagram. This role involves managing the marketing and merchandising strategies tailored for social commerce and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role will support the Bare Minerals and Laura Mercier brands, reporting into the Director of Ecommerce (Laura Mercier).

Marketing and Merchandising
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote products and drive sales on social commerce platforms, including the Shop App, Flip, TikTok Shop, and Facebook/Instagram.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across social channels.
- Maintain a social shopping marketing calendar and manage timelines for promotions, launches, and special events.
- Develop strategies to grow affiliate and social commerce revenue, identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing channels to maximize sales.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics and implement campaigns to increase affiliate engagement and conversion rates.
- Create and optimize product listings tailored for each social shopping platform, ensuring accurate product descriptions, visuals, and SEO-friendly tags.
- Regularly update product information, including pricing, availability, and special promotions.
- Troubleshoot product and order errors, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Work closely with the Customer Service (CS) team to handle customer inquiries related to social commerce.
- Partner with the Consumer Engagement (CE) and influencer teams to seed products to affiliates and influencers for reviews, creating brand advocacy and driving conversions.
- Monitor influencer collaborations to assess effectiveness and optimize strategies for product seeding.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in eCommerce, with a focus on social commerce channels (Shop App, TikTok Shop, FB/IG, etc.).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to maintain a detailed marketing calendar and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in product listing management and knowledge of SEO best practices for social commerce.
- Experience collaborating with influencers, affiliates, and customer experience teams to enhance brand reach and credibility.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to track and report on social commerce KPIs and optimize based on performance insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
