What are the responsibilities and job description for the 4K Teacher-Downtown YMCA position at Oshkosh Community YMCA?
Under the supervision of the Downtown YMCA Childcare Director the 4K Teacher is responsible for the day to day operations of the Oshkosh Area School District 4K Early Learning Program. 4K follows the OASD school calendar. Sessions run from 8:05AM-10:45AM and 11:50AM-2:30PM.
The 4K Teacher will work with both the Oshkosh YMCA and Oshkosh Area School District to create a positive learning environment for the 4K students.
The 4K Teacher will maintain regular observation and evaluation of children's development/progress. They will also complete weekly lesson plans, goals and newsletters.
