DISTRICT MANAGER – INVENTORY, WAL-MART TRAVEL TEAM

OSL is growing rapidly, that’s why we need a strong leader to mentor, train, and develop employees in a growing new Inventory Program.

 Here’s where you come in…

As the District Manager, you’ll inspire our in-store teams to operate to perfection. You also have an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven record in developing business targets and employees.

Your responsibilities…

• Managing, developing, and energizing your dedicated district, reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager
• Driving financial success through proper planning, budgeting, scheduling, in-store execution, expense control and P&L management
• Commitment to exceeding all deliverables and established metrics set for by OSL and our Client
• Work with various OSL departments to ensure all company and regulatory policies and procedures are followed.
• Develop and grow talent within your district to increase our business imprint
• Leading by example with integrity and professionalism to create a collaborative, open-door, team-first culture

Good thing you have what it takes…

• Amazing communication skills, as well as great people skills to train, motivate and manage a team
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing multi-store operations. (Preferably in the Inventory Service Industry)
• Proven track record of building high performance teams that deliver exceptional service to our customers
• Ability to work varied, non-traditional hours, including early morning, days, evenings, as well as flexible schedule.
• Ability to travel throughout the week to service our dedicated customer
• Can-do positive attitude, and Ownership Mindset is a must for this position.
• Proven record of driving exceptional financial results through proper planning, people development, event execution, expense control, and P&L management
• The ability to delegate responsibilities but ensure that all tasks are being completed with our customers timelines
• Demonstrated ability to build, train, develop and motivate part-time workforce
• Ability to strategically recruit, select and hire awesome, super-driven team members including team leads and inventory associates, along with a sound people management strategy
• Powerful organization and planning skills to schedule people and manage urgent priorities in real time and in a detail-focused and results-driven way
• Proven ability to manage district fiscal budgets, forecast sales and retail metrics
• Computer smarts, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Flexibility to work beyond traditional business hours, including evenings and weekend, as needed (We believe in balance, but also going the extra mile when necessary!)
• Able to travel up to 90% within your assigned district as necessary
