Thompson M-TEC, a service of the Ottawa Area Intermediate School District supporting adults in skilled trades education, is seeking a dedicated Secretary to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service and administrative assistance, including managing calls and in-person inquiries, processing student registrations, coordinating room scheduling, organizing supplies, and assisting with marketing updates. The ideal candidate is organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, and skilled at multitasking.

Typical duties include (but are not limited to):
Customer Service
- Telephone Support: Handle incoming calls, deliver and forward messages, and provide course information.
- In-Person Support: Greet and direct visitors, students, and check in testers.
- Web Contacts Management: Respond to and forward web contact emails to appropriate staff within 24 hours.
- Document Preparation: Photocopy pamphlets, handbooks, and catalogs for students and instructors.

Qualifications
