Job Description: Job Summary: Responsible for daily servicing of guest rooms to ensure Outrigger's standards of cleanliness and safety are met. Job Requirements: Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others. Experience in cleaning and servicing guest rooms/or public areas preferred. Must be able to communicate in English Functions and Responsibilities: Cleaning of hotel rooms including, but not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen areas and appliances, lobby and common public areas while using PPE as appropriate Reviews inventory and replenishment of cart for all required supplies and linens Acknowledges and greets guest by using the Four Keys to Creating Guest for Life in all public spaces Cleans unit fans, spots carpets and does other related cleaning tasks Understands and operates all housekeeping equipment. Maintains cleanliness of linen closets, vacuums, cleaning buckets, carts, corridors and stairs. Performs all other related work assigned by the Housekeeping supervisor or Manager.
