Ovation Networks, Inc., a recognized leader in public access internet technology, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven  Call Center Supervisor  to lead our Technical Call Center. We are looking for a talented professional with strong leadership skills, a proven track record in call center management, and a passion for driving team success.

As a  Call Center Supervisor,  you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring optimal team performance, and implementing effective processes to achieve service excellence. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, management, and training skills, with a strong focus on people development and procedural consistency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the Technical Call Center.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to consistently meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, company policies, and operational procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining high-quality standards in call handling.
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Call Center or Management roles.
  • Technical call center experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed call center performance targets.
  • Strong passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
