Job Summary
The Materials Administrator performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks related to the daily functions of the company and manufacturing plants.
Essential Functions
Enter material tickets into the computer system.- Post/enter oil purchases.
- Receive credit card payments for material sales.
- Reconcile driver’s invoices to tickets.
- Send/receive lease driver packets to/from potential lease haulers.
- Setup and maintain lease drivers and related information.
- Data entry for manufacturing and construction operations.
- Sort and distribute documents from the field/plant crews to office staff.
- Maintain filing of invoices and other documents.
- Assist with answering the phone system.
Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be reliable and trustworthy.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Ability to learn various computer software systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
