Job Summary :
HCA Florida Healthcare’s North Florida Division is seeking a Regional Medical Director to join our Emergency Medicine Service Line for the greater Orlando area.
Qualified Candidates :
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
Must reside in the greater Orlando area
Previous leadership experience with demonstrated department operational efficiency
Ability to manage new contract start-ups
Proficiency in performing complex tasks
Identifies and executes on quality improvement initiatives
Dedicated focus on patient satisfaction
Oversee and manage market affairs in real time
Develop relationship and attend hospital meetings with C-suite, alongside Senior Vice President
