Picker and Packer

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking: Accurately select products based on order lists (picking tickets, RF scanners, or automated systems) in a timely manner, ensuring correct items and quantities.
• Inventory Management: Maintain proper organization of stock within the warehouse, ensuring that inventory is stored and picked in accordance with company procedures.
• Packing and Staging: Prepare products for packing, verifying the accuracy of items and quantities before staging them for shipment.
• Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and quality of picked items to avoid shipping errors. Report any damaged or misplaced stock.
• Stock Replenishment: Assist with inventory restocking and organization, ensuring picking locations are properly stocked and easily accessible.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and warehouse protocols, using equipment safely and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Documentation: Accurately document all transactions and stock movements using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff, including packers, shippers, and supervisors, to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as required, such as cycle counts, assisting with returns, or performing regular inventory checks.

Pay: ₹11,700.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
