We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager** to join our team. The F&I Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless customer journey during the sales process by offering tailored financing and insurance solutions, managing deals effectively, enhancing profitability, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- - Finance Solutions: Partner with customers to identify financing options that best suit their needs. Work closely with financial institutions to secure competitive loan and lease terms for customers.
- - Insurance Programs: Present and sell marine insurance products to protect customers’ investments. Provide education on coverage options to ensure informed decisions.
- - Deal Management: Oversee the deal process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with company policies. Work collaboratively with the sales team to manage the flow of transactions, resolve issues, and finalize deals in a timely manner.
- - Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales and financing transactions comply with state, federal, and company policies and procedures. Accurately complete and review all required documentation.
- - Upselling Add-Ons: Promote and sell extended warranties, service packages, and other value-added products to enhance the customer experience and dealership profitability.
- - Customer Service: Foster trust and transparency with customers throughout the sales process. Provide expert guidance on financing and insurance questions.
- - Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support a smooth and efficient sales process, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- - Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and generate reports for senior management on F&I performance.
- - Training & Development: Stay up to date with industry trends, financing options, and insurance regulations. Provide ongoing training to the sales team on F&I products and compliance requirements.
