Location: Remote but within driving distance to P1 Dental Partners’ Northwest Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, and Illinois practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Partnering: Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, developing initiatives, building organizational capabilities, and facilitating structure and process improvements to support business goals and overall growth.
- Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Policy and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and developing and interpreting HR policies.
- Training and Development: Identifying training needs, developing training programs, coaching employees.
- Talent Forecasting & Development: Support managers in talent planning and pipeline forecasting, ensuring employee development aligns with performance standards and future needs.
- Communication: Writing and distributing communications to employees, such as policy updates and benefits information.Employee Engagement & Culture: Develop feedback mechanisms to enhance P1's culture and drive continuous improvement, helping employees feel valued and connected to organizational goals.
- HR Advisory & Coaching: Provide expert HR guidance on performance management, career planning, coaching, and talent management to foster employee engagement and optimize workforce capabilities.
- Continuous Improvement & Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights and problem-solving techniques for HR projects and long-term strategic initiatives to continuously enhance HR effectiveness and alignment with business needs.
- Project & Change Management: Lead HR operational projects and organizational development initiatives, contributing to change management and strategic direction.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
- 5-7 years of HR experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Skilled at influencing through relationships and data-driven insights
- Experience managing diverse stakeholders across multiple locations
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Proven track record in driving change
- Willing to travel up to 50%
