Pace Runners, Inc is looking to hire for a full-time Strategic Account Manager in Austell, GA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serve as the lead and primary point of contact for all matters specific to the Account Manager’s Customers.
• Build, maintain and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the Company’s customer experience.
• Use quantifiable and abstract data to assist the customer and internal teams when working on problem solving.
• Assist with issue escalations from Operations and Customer Service.
• Provide rapid feedback to customer complaints in a manner consistent with the Company’s Core Values.
• Serve as the “face” of the Company during all Customer interactions.
• Engage in other responsibilities as assigned.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in customer relations or sales team setting.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with a variety of databases, data entry, and/or system proficiency is a strong plus.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
