Job Title : Call Center Representative
Location: East Syracuse, New York 13057
Duration: 9 Months
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls Generate sales leads Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Skills:
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Type 35-45 words per minute
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education:
- High School/ Ged.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- East Syracuse, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Call center: 3 years (Preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
