Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
- Restock supplies in restrooms and kitchen areas as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
- Typical routine schedule with occasional added hours cleaning during apartment turnover.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, using a step ladder, or standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is required.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is required.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
