PWT I-joists are top-performing, “I” shaped engineered wood products that effortlessly meet any performance standard. With top and bottom flanges made of durable laminated veneer lumber (LVL) or solid sawn, and webs constructed with OSB, these joists resist bending and provide outstanding shear resistance. PWT I-joists are a more flexible, stable, and versatile alternative to open web floor trusses or standard lumber.

What is the Job?
This position will be working within our Maintenance Department addressing complex repairs and preventative/predictive maintenance as a senior level industrial Electrician. We are looking for a systems thinker with a strong aptitude for troubleshooting and creating efficient solutions. A dependable, collaborative communicator well organized who can explain technical concepts across a variety of stakeholders.

Job Requirements (Education and Experience):
- Vocational degree required.
- PLC Training completed.
- 5 years’ Industrial Electrician experience required.
- Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of preventative and predictive electrical functions.
- Knowledge of equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of PLC.
- Time management, organization, and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring and circuit diagrams and written repair manuals.
- Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations.
- Accountability and working under minimal supervision.
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to climb stairs.
- Must be able to able to work in hot & cold environments.
