Pacifica was founded in 2011 and has grown to include over 40 attorneys who practice in a variety of areas, including Litigation, Public Policy and Political Law, Construction & Procurement, Municipal Law and Public Finance, School Law, and Real Estate.
We are seeking a Real Estate Associate who is committed to excellent and ethical lawyering and will contribute to the diversity and success of our firm, as well as to the legal profession and our greater community. Responsibilities
This job requires the lawyer to assume responsibility for a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on commercial leasing. We offer a collegial environment, exciting and challenging work and an excellent opportunity to continue to develop strong skills and professional growth.
Requirements
- One to three years of commercial real estate experience or the desire to develop a practice in this area.
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent analytical, writing, and legal research skills.
- Strong commitment to client service.
- Membership in the Washington State Bar Association (or eligibility for membership)
Salary Range
$155,000 - $200,000 annually depending on experience.
Other Compensation
Other compensation may include bonuses, profit sharing, HSA employer contributions, and gifts.
