We seek a versatile Handyman and Skilled Carpenter with experience in preparation and painting. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering excellent results. You’ll contribute to transforming homes and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Hang and finish drywall with precision and attention to detail.

• Perform minor electrical tasks, including changing outlets and switches.

• Handle new and old doors, including changing door hinges and adjusting doors and frames to ensure smooth closure.

• Install new door plates and door knobs accurately.

• Perform basic plumbing tasks, such as changing toilets, vanities, and faucets.

• Replace shut-off valves and install diverters and tub accessories.

• Carry out painting tasks with a focus on quality and consistency.

• Conduct prep work to ensure surfaces are ready for painting and finishing.

• Execute minor framing tasks as needed.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a handyman, carpentry and remodelling

- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, and problem-solving.

- Experience in surface preparation and painting.

- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Good physical condition and stamina.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills. Punctuality and reliability are crucial.
