The Role We're looking for an Analyst Relations Specialist to join a cross-functional team that's responsible for communicating Palantir's work and values. Analyst Relations is a strategic and highly visible function at Palantir, and we’re seeking a motivated communications specialist to join our team and work with the Head of AR and other internal SMEs in building out this new function for the company. You'll have the opportunity to spearhead process improvement of operations related to Analyst Relations and articulate Palantir’s unique position in the market, value propositions, and key product differentiators. Our ideal candidate is collaborative by nature, adept at balancing multiple priorities and who exhibits strong interpersonal communications skills. This position requires project management and time management skills as well as a willingness to accept and respond to feedback. Salary The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $78,000 - $119,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
