The team leader will be working 50 hours a week, with part time employees filling 10-25 hour/week roles.

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.-Taking orders quickly and efficiently, returning information to the customer for confirmation.-Receiving and rerouting calls regarding: delivery/carryout service.

Handle customer information carefully, and organizing this information in order formats/templates and call logs.-

Emailing order confirmations to customers for approval. Maintaining correspondence logs for review.-

Ensure customer satisfaction.

Top performing employees will be candidates for office management, accounting and other management level positions.
