Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.
Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery to produce best-in-class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility.
Our Warehouse Team contributes to Palermo’s success by ensuring that our warehouse keeps operations running to meet their OEE goal.
We are currently hiring experienced Warehouse Lead to join either our 2nd shift team. 2nd shift hours are 2pm-10pm.
Support our production teams by ensuring all GMP and safety requirements are followed.
Direct, audit, train, and assist employees in their designated warehouse area (Dock, Processing, Packaging), as well as trouble shoot and problem solve.
Support and encourage compliance of procedures and processes necessary to ensure department/company goals and objectives are met while demonstrating the proper company values and behaviors.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of Powered Industrial Truck rules and safety.
Proven ability to operate safely by following all food and people guidelines.
Utilizing knowledge from your 2-5 years’ experience leading and working in a warehouse environment.
Organized and methodical approach to problem solving – often in a time-sensitive, tight-deadline situation where accuracy is critical.
Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo’s team succeeds.
