Area Coverage: West Valley, Central Phoenix, and East Valley
Salary rate from $90,000 per year.
As a FULL TIME Palmeira Home Health Occupational Therapist, you can expect:
- Competitive, bi-weekly pay: Depending on Home Health experience
- FULL IRS Mileage Reimbursement: $0.67 per mile
- Benefits: Medical Insurance with dental and vision coverage, 401K, PTO
- New Hire training: for 3-5 days

Requirements:
- At least 6 months of active or recent experience as an Occupational Therapist preferably in Home Health
- Possess a Valid Occupational Therapist license in the State of Arizona
- Possess a Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Possess a current and valid BLS (CPR) / ACLS
- A copy of a Negative TB test result and Flu Shot (within the last year)
- A copy of Immunization/Vaccination Records (Covid19, Flu Shot, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella)
- Possess a Driver's License with auto-insurance
Others:
- Must be willing to drive and provide care in the patients’ places of residence
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Must have no health restrictions that impede provision of care to the patient.
