What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gymnastics Coach position at Palmetto Athletic Center (PAC)?
PAC is looking for gymnastics coaches to join our team.
Pay is based on experience and education level. Additional hours offered through private lessons, birthday parties, camps, clinics, parent's night out, and other events!
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with athletes ages 4-12
- Desire and passion to make a positive impact on the life of each student
- Must be able to work with a team of event coaches
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively, establish rapport with students and their parents
- Effective teaching and coaching skills.
Primary responsibilities:
- Work with the Manager and coaching staff in creating a positive environment for classes
- Instruct and develop recreational and team students
- Demonstrate integrity and professionalism
- Encourage, support, motivate, and work interactively with coaches/students to develop and implement ongoing goals
Palmetto Athletic Center (PAC) is an award-winning After School care facility in Lexington, SC. We also offer Summer Care Camps and various Sports & Recreational training programs. We are family-run and our goal is to create a safe, fun, active and engaging environment for children ages 4-12 years old.
