Job Summary

The Hospice Coordinator is responsible for the administration and coordination of all Hospice programs and activities within the county. Full-time, 36 hours per week.

Education/Requirements/Knowledge/Skills:

• BSN preferred. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Iowa
• RN - 3 years experience, prefer Hospice experience/home care experience
• Strong organizational skills including time and work flow management
• Advanced knowledge of computers and other office equipment
• Must be extremely detail-oriented, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to changing environment
• Ability to work flexible hours
• The ability to drive with a current driver's license, automobile with medical liability insurance on vehicles is necessary.
