Education/ Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, plus 3–5 years of progressive work experience specifically in a fast-paced HR office. Healthcare environment preferred.
- Must have good business acumen with a strong knowledge of employment law
- HR certification will be required within one year of employment.
Computer Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated skills in database maintenance and record keeping.

- Maintains a strong knowledge of state and federal labor laws, and current HR practices
- Must have strong verbal, writing, and technical skills
- Strong Analytical/Problem-solving abilities
