Route Sales Representative/ Vacation Relief

Job Summary:
As a vacation relief person, you will play a key role in ensuring products are displayed effectively to drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience. You will be responsible for maintaining visual aesthetics, organizing merchandise, and optimizing product placement within retail environments.

***This is a full time position. Work schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday every week. You will have Wednesdays and Sundays off weekly.***

Start times would be anywhere from 1am-5am depending on the route. Our route professionals are able to come back to the depot no earlier then 11am daily.

Duties:
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase products attractively
- Arrange displays to maximize visibility and promote sales
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Collaborate with store management to plan and execute merchandising strategies
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Utilize organizational skills to ensure products are accurately labeled and priced
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and product selection

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Morning shift
