As Property Manager for our 30A area properties, you will play a vital role in the organization and our growing inventory of 30A rentals. We are looking for someone extremely organized with strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinate the daily operational activities of condo properties. Includes managing units for owners, working closely with condominium associations, and providing the highest level of customer service for owners and guests.

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance projects for our units to include invoicing, billing and other administrative tasks
  • Inspection of units
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of staff and contract personnel and evaluate their performance.
  • Assist the Director of Operations with managing the front office operation and other departments on the property including housekeeping and maintenance
  • Investigate and handle complaints, disturbances, emergencies, etc. while on call.
  • Prepare, copy, and distribute reports as required. Handle special guest requests. Attend and contribute to periodic meetings to maintain favorable working relationships among employees and promote maximum morale, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Must be proficient in Windows, company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information. Perform other duties as requested by manager

Qualifications
At least 2 years of progressive experience in property management or related field. Organization and admin skills are required.
